Hi there! I’m Aria, the founder of
Soulbit.
For much of my life, I struggled with self-identity. Moving countries as a teenager and switching cities throughout my early 20s meant constantly reinventing myself. With every move, I adapted—changing my style, the way I spoke, the music I listened to, and even my hobbies. Blending in was my way of navigating new environments—I just wanted to be accepted.
The Move That Changed Everything
In my mid-twenties, I moved again—this time to Colorado. And just like before, I adjusted my habits, lifestyle, and appearance to fit the local culture. But this time, something felt different. No matter how much I tried to blend in, it felt forced, like I was pretending. That’s when I experienced my
third identity crisis. I realized I had no idea who I truly was. So much of my personality had been shaped by those around me that I didn’t know what was
genuinely me. The insecurity ran so deep that I avoided going out, overwhelmed by the simple act of choosing an outfit—unsure of what felt right, afraid of standing out.
The ‘Perfect’ Job That Wasn’t
At the same time, I landed what seemed like the perfect job. It checked all the boxes—a great salary, flexible hours, autonomy, even a company car. But despite all that, I was miserable. It was my
fifth role in five years with the same company—spanning Quality, Engineering, Project Management, Commercial Programs, and finally, Sales. None of them felt “right.” I kept hoping the next role would be
the one, but each time, I was left frustrated and unfulfilled. I started questioning if something was wrong with me for never feeling satisfied.
Hitting Rock Bottom
I reached a turning point during one of the darkest times in my life. I was lost, confused, and disconnected from myself. I realized I needed to truly understand who I was—beyond labels, expectations, and external influences. So, I did what I knew best: I studied myself like a subject in school. I took every personality test I could find—Enneagram, 16 Personalities, Astrology, Human Design, and more. I journaled, reflected, and explored different self-discovery tools. But most were either too vague, overly complex, or lacked practical application. I wanted something clear, actionable, and easy to understand—something that could give me a
blueprint of who I was at my core.
Creating Soulbit
That’s when I decided to build
Soulbit—a tool that breaks down personality insights into a practical, personalized guide. A tool that helps you understand yourself deeply and apply that knowledge to your life in a meaningful way. When I used
Soulbit for the first time, everything finally
clicked. For the first time, I could see myself—my strengths, weaknesses, personality traits, career paths, relationship dynamics, and tangible steps to grow into the best version of myself.
The Transformation
This changed everything. I discovered my true personal style and started dressing in a way that felt
authentically me.
- I pursued hobbies that actually brought me joy—not just the ones that “fit” the environment I was in.
- I stopped comparing myself to others because, for the first time, I was confident in my own path.
- I experienced a deep, genuine sense of happiness—something I had never felt before.
- I learned to trust the unknown and embrace the journey instead of trying to control every outcome.
- I left my job, started traveling the world, and pursued the career my Blueprint pointed me toward—
entrepreneurship.
Living by My Blueprint
Now, I show up as my true self—no longer molding myself to fit in, but embracing my unique path. Today, I’m more in tune with myself than ever before. I know what I love and what I don’t. I’m clear on my dreams, goals, and values. While growth and change are constant, having a deep understanding of who I am keeps me grounded in every decision I make.
I’m living by my Blueprint—and it feels incredible.
But let me be real with you—getting your Blueprint won’t transform everything overnight. True change doesn’t happen in an instant; it’s a journey of self-discovery, growth, and alignment. Your Blueprint is the starting point—your foundation. It will give you the clarity and direction you need, but the real transformation comes from taking action, step by step. And I’m here to help you along the way.
